For those of you who have known me long, you’ll remember that from the time I was old enough to join the internet, I have loved blogging. What once began with MySpace and Live Journal, has now brought me here…hopefully without the teenage angst!
In the year since Nella Lace was published, I have learned so much. While I have much more to learn, because we should always be learning, I want a space to share the knowledge I’ve collected with other authors because gatekeeping is icky, and I’m a teacher by trade, so I can’t help it.
I also want a space to share all the things I love— from books I’m reading as a grown up and children’s lit I’m excited about, to teaching resources and content creators who are worth following (at least to me!).
Social media has never been my “native language” so I hope this will give me a way to share with you some of my favorite things in a way that feels more natural…at least for me.
