Book an Author is hosting a Sample Sale this week for educators, librarians, and teachers. Books range from $1-5 and are shipped free to the institution. They host a wide range of authors including traditionally published to independent. Their usual market is K-12, but I know WWU has a children's room and I have appreciated that they represent a diverse cast of books from Mental Health Awareness campaigns to each and every history month.
If you’re an educator, librarian, or teacher and are looking to expand your library, you’ll want to look at: www.bookanauthor.com TODAY!
Dr. Anna Huang's feelings series, Serena Y. Li's I am Me! and Carol McCloud's Have You Filled a Bucket Today? are all ones I'd pick if I were still in the classroom and had less than ten bucks to spend. (And yes, The Written Adventure of Nella Lace is in there somewhere too!!)
